What causes it
The skin under the eyes is the thinnest on the face, so blood vessels show through as blue or brown tones. Genetics, lack of sleep, allergies, dehydration and volume loss with age all deepen the shadow.

Can a treatment get rid of dark circles?
We do not have a treatment made just for the eye area, so we recommend home care: the Bright Eye Firming Mask and Magic Glow Wand help the under-eyes look brighter and less puffy. Hereditary shadows can look softer but will not disappear.
Do eye creams actually work?
A good eye cream with vitamin C, peptides or caffeine hydrates and brightens the thin under-eye skin. It will not change bone structure or deep hollowing.
Why are my dark circles worse some days?
Sleep, salt, alcohol and allergies all change how much fluid and blood pool under the eyes. A cold compress and gentle massage help on bad mornings.
Is under-eye concealer bad for the skin?
No, but remove it gently. Rubbing the thin under-eye skin with harsh removers causes irritation that makes circles look darker.
